What are Peproo products intended for?
All products sold by Peproo are for in-vitro research use only. They are not for human consumption or therapeutic use.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. We currently ship within Australia only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $15 per order. Orders with subtotal over $250 receive free shipping automatically at checkout.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept secure card payments via Stripe Checkout.
How should compounds be stored?
For lyophilized products, store sealed vials cold, dry, and away from light. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and follow your lab protocol for handling windows.
Do I need bacteriostatic water?
Most lyophilized products require reconstitution before use. You can add bacteriostatic water directly from the product page during checkout setup.
Why does a bulk item show extra lead time?
Any line item with quantity 10 or more is treated as bulk and may require an additional 7-12 business days before dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order after submitting?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been processed, we can usually update details before dispatch.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Message support immediately with the correct address and your order number. We can only update shipping details before fulfillment starts.
