Returns
Due to the nature of research peptide products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or reconstituted vials. Sealed, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
